Proper care of upholstery is important for keeping furniture looking good for a long time. Cleaning methods, washing temperatures and the best way to deal with stains vary significantly depending on the material. In this article, we briefly introduce our most common fabrics and upholstery and provide easy-to-understand care and cleaning instructions. This ensures that the surface remains well cared for in the long term, colours and structure are preserved, and hygiene requirements, for example for allergy sufferers, are reliably met. Please also always refer to the care label sewn onto the respective product.

Medicott mattress cover (terry stretch, quilted)
Brief description
The Medicott mattress cover is made from a soft, elastic terry stretch fabric consisting of 39% natural certified organic cotton and 61% polyester. With a weight of 430 g/m² and additional quilting made from breathable fleece weighing 200 g/m², the cover offers a pleasantly soft feel and good temperature regulation.
The Medicott process completely avoids the use of environmentally harmful chemicals. This protects the cotton fibres, making the cover durable and particularly environmentally friendly. Regular washing at 60°C prevents the formation of mould and disrupts the habitat of dust mites. This cover is therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. The positive effects of the Medicott process are fully retained even after frequent washing.
