We are delighted with your decision to order furniture and furnishings from our online shop. Our main concern is to deliver your products quickly and securely to you. Our high-quality furniture comes standard with detailed assembly instructions and can usually be easily assembled by individuals with handy skills.
You can find the assembly instructions on the respective product detail page on our website. This allows you to assess in advance whether you feel confident about the assembly. In Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you also have the option to add our premium service during the ordering process.
Our premium service offers a comprehensive package that leaves nothing to be desired. Once your goods are ready for shipment, our external service team will contact you to coordinate the desired delivery and assembly date. This date will be adjusted as closely as possible to your schedule. On the agreed-upon date, the service team will bring the packages into your apartment and carry out the expert assembly. After all furniture pieces have been perfectly assembled at the desired location and accepted by you, you will sign the delivery note. The technicians will then take away the packaging material and dispose of it.
For the premium service, we charge a surcharge of 8%, but a minimum of €120 in Germany and Austria, and €200 in Switzerland.
The premium service is highly recommended if you are unable or unwilling to transport the goods to the desired location yourself, or if you are unsure about assembling the furniture yourself.
