The designers
of our furniture

Design requires fresh ideas and a fresh perspective from the outside. That's why we've been cooperating with freelance designers and architects since the 1960s when designing our furniture.

Creative minds

Our designers include renowned designers such as kaschkasch, Michael Hilgers, Sascha Sartory, Felix Stark and Rolf Heide, who died in 2020, but also very young up-and-coming designers, some of whom are still studying. The majority of them come from Germany, but we also often work with designers from abroad. It's usually the designers who come to us with good product ideas. Because they know that we appreciate good furniture design. In some cases, we also take the initiative ourselves and commission selected designers to give us a specific brief in order to systematically further develop our existing collection.

The basic principle is that we are looking for a clear, reduced design language and for surprising, innovative and useful functions. These can be real problem solutions as well as multifunctional furniture or intelligent concepts for saving space.
