Sales representative (m/f/d) for internal sales and key account support, full-time.
Your tasks
- Internal sales
- Customer care and advice
- Order processing and handling
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Field service: Willingness to travel to support our key accounts in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Participation in
trade fairs and events
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in internal sales, ideally in the furniture or design sector
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region / approx. 50 days per year
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
- Good German and
English skills, both written and spoken

The product programme is manufactured at the company's own headquarters in Bockhorn, Friesland. It includes multifunctional, flexible and modularly expandable furniture. Müller Small Living was founded in 1869 and today employs around 50 people.
To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a committed product data manager with technical understanding and IT affinity to further develop our configuration and ERP systems.
Your tasks:
- Maintenance, preparation and further development of our product data in pCon.planner / pCon.configurator and in the ERP system Borm
- Technical implementation of configuration logics and rules for our furniture programmes
- Connection and synchronisation of product data with the ERP system Borm
- Support in the digitalisation and automation of our internal processes
- Interface communication between product development, sales and IT
- Documentation and quality assurance of configurations and processes
What you should bring with you:
- Experience in using CAD programmes (Topsolid, Solidworks or similar) is an advantage
- Experience in working with ERP systems
- Technical understanding of furniture, variant logics or configurable products
- Confident handling of data structures, logical thinking, ideally initial experience with XML or rule-based systems
- Independent, structured way of working and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German skills

To support our wood technology team, we are looking for an intern / working student (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date. As part of your employment, you will have the opportunity to write your final thesis (Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis).

- You will work with our merchandise management programme Borm, the 3D CAD programme SolidWorks, as well as the common MS Office programmes.
